Perfect weekend for Gabrielle Mosch with the Amsterdam women's team

The Amsterdam women’s team secured all six points in their doubleheader weekend. JDH player Gabrielle Mosch’s team convincingly defeated HDM on Thursday evening (5-1). This past Sunday, they won the city derby against Hurley with a 1-2 victory.

With these two wins, Amsterdam now sits in third place with nine points from four matches. Next Saturday, the team from the capital will host mid-table HGC. The match at the Wagener Stadium will kick off at 16:30.

Diederick van Berkel (Laren) and Hidde Plantenga (Voordaan) both fail to secure a win

The Promotieklasse is now in full swing again. Diederick van Berkel and Hidde Plantenga are representing JDH for Laren and Voordaan, respectively, at the second-highest level in the Netherlands.

Laren, which competed in the Hoofdklasse last season, has yet to find its form. After previously losing to Schaerweijde, Diederick van Berkel’s team dropped points again last Sunday. During their visit to Almere, the team from Het Gooi managed only a 3-3 draw.

Voordaan also couldn't get beyond a draw against newly promoted Leiden. The match in the university city ended 2-2. Hidde Plantenga's talented team currently sits seventh in the standings with six points from four matches, just one point behind title contender Laren.

TOP Oss squanders win in Maastricht

TOP Oss once again failed to secure their first league victory since August 23. During their visit to MVV Maastricht, coach Sjors Ultee's squad let a 0-2 lead slip away in the final minutes. However, the draw does mark their first point after four consecutive defeats.

Right-back Giovanni Troupée put TOP Oss ahead after 15 minutes in Maastricht. The energetic substitute Joshua Zimmerman doubled the lead with ten minutes to go, making the win seem certain. But two late goals by MVV left TOP Oss disappointed.

With the draw, TOP Oss is now in 16th place in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie. Next Friday at 8:00 PM, they face ADO Den Haag.
